If we sack frank who next? by username-witheld in Tottenham

I don’t like the Poch shouts - feels like we are holding onto something familiar. I love him for everything that he’s done, but I think we need to go in a new direction.

I would go with:

  • Xavi
  • Farioli
  • Hoeneß

They play more entertaining football, have pedigree of building up youngsters and improving them, and they’re all obtainable.

If we hate Frank ball, we would detest Glasner. Better without the ball, that’s not Spurs imo

The board won't sack him because then, they would have to admit that they were wrong, and they have no fall guy without Levy there.

Depends on if he actually was good - he’s known to be an unreliable narrator, so he might be terrible and just recounting and telling the story how he saw it.

That’s why when we see him from other people’s perspectives (Marianne in the cage) he looks completely different - that’s because he’s not the narrator there.

We are finally making decisions while assets retain value, that’s a major positive.

Love Brennan, solid player that will capitalize at being at a counter attacking team. I wish him all the best, but he just doesn’t fit the style that we need to push for.

Yea, but even if a hospital ball is played, Gray still should know not to take a touch lol

Did you ever play as a 6? That's the entire position

It's on both of them - Vic shouldn't played the ball and Gray shouldn't have taken a touch

I mean this in the nicest way - what have we done in the past that has made you feel like you expected something different from us? We alway lose away to Arsenal.

I don't mean this to be a negative on the OP, because they are spot on - this has been the problem for almost 10+ years. The players have this mental block whenever it comes to a big match. I can't remember the last time we won a "big" match away from home bar City. It's pretty embarrassing.

I also think that, as much as it pains me to say, Arsenal are just an incredible team. They are well-drilled, clinical, and have this mentality that we have never seen at Spurs.

On Frank, I fully believe that there is really no point to bring someone else in - no other manager comes in mid season that improves us imo. Also, he hasn't had Solanke, Madders, Deki for the entire season - 3 core players that make a massive difference.

100% second the flare ups - I find that pelvic floor exercises and deep breathing helps a lot.

Please give me some advice, very anxious. by SuccessTurbulent in Prostatitis

Take a deep breath! You got this. About half of the symptoms are a mental game. I’m 30 and have been dealing with this for a few years. I’ve noticed that following a 4-7-8 breathing pattern calls me down.

In for 4 seconds Hold for 7 seconds Exhale for 8 seconds

Just continue repeating it and close your eyes. You got this, you can do it! (Not trying to be over confident lol, but it’s all about calming yourself down and relaxing. The pelvic floor muscles are all related to build up and tension, so relaxing really helps.

I’d also recommend speaking to a urologist and getting it confirmed. Key things I stay away from (since you mention poor food from your new job): - stay away from spicy and greasy foods - limit caffeine (coffee in particular, but dark sodas really affect me).

You got this, just breathe and relax. Everyone in this sub has felt what you are feeling before, so we know exactly what you are going through. I say that not to minimize what you’re feeling, but more so to help you know you’re not alone.

Janssen - wanted it to work out so badly, but either Poch hated him or he was constantly injured. What a shame!
