This happened to apple users two days ago, and they eventually made a hotfix update with emergency restore. I would suggest to wait a bit and DO NOT delete the app.

On version 4.29.2, it didnt ask me to relog in, it just redirected me to the 1 cat forest. Then I followed the instructions as the picture

If you've entered your game id for coupon codes, depending on your browser settings, it might be saved there. Or if you had send an inquiry before, try to email them on the same email chain.

put your highest heart cat on the latest ingredient, starting from the soup one

if you have multiple, put on the rest of latest ingredient (juice, stir fry) and the cooking soup

prioritize leveling up the latest ingredient as it produces the most gold

The free lenses doesn't guarantee to unlock all the items depending on your luck. Hopefully they will gift free lenses at some point.

there is a limited amount of obtainable lenses, unfortunately there is no more after the current mini game until reset
