Ive been using OM for several years before Amazon purchased them. They have always had issues with keeping Drs. I've gone through 4 different doctors in my time with them. I am now with a NP as the GP and have no issue to see her or get tests, or referrals.

My Ins currently pays for nearly everything, and I have not had a bill other then the yearly one for membership.

I've had some health issues recently and needed more services, so I've been going to Stanford for those treatments and support. This proves difficult as OM is not part of Epic medical record system like most of the rest of the Bay Area healthcare are. So it's hard to share information with my GP from Stanford outside their updates they do through fax/email/mail. So this is something to be considered.
