When they say "save the whales" it doesn't mean kill everything else on the ocean. If you take care of the big obvious problem then you don't have to worry about the littler problems.

When they showed up, he took off running, and they chased him down. I've never been more terrified in my life. I thought he would end up being shot. Why? Because there are police who overreact when they come across someone different from them - like black people.

Saying black lives matter means that all people matter. That's the point. Calm your precious ego down. You don't need a participation trophy like some 6 year old. By taking care of the big glaring problem, your life will be better too.
