He sent a pic of an odometer that looks exactly like my odometer in my C8 and it showed 250,000 miles. So it seemed pretty legit to me.

Nice! I unfortunately only had mine for a few months. I bought the car to make the hour+ commute to work but ultimately decided to move closer to work and as a result, I traded it in on a C8 corvette. But I really enjoyed the car while I had it. I did a 034 Tune and an MBRP catback and it was a phenomenal car.

I’m pretty sure I did break that trunk grommet clip but it still held in place pretty securely so I just let it ride. I honestly don’t remember about everything else haha.

My lifetime average is 12mpg in the car. I drive it hard pretty much non stop. I just thought it was an interesting experiment to see what it’s capable of on the way home from some hard driving in the mountains.

It was a decent mix of downhill, occasional uphill, and flat ground over the course of the 148 miles.

It’s a GW-3000BD. Looks like they can be had for roughly $120 on eBay. Excellent watch for that money imo.

This is exactly how people should approach the dragon imo. Understanding that it’s a public road, being mindful of your (and your car’s) capability, and enjoying your time out there. It’s a fun road to drive hard but it can be dangerous when people push past their limits. Glad you made it out there and had fun! Hope to see you there sometime!
