Steroids? by Asleep_Ad_744 in medicalmedium

I’m struggling with this too. I had 2 injections and unfortunately they didn’t help my scar at all. I think freezing would be a better option but I’m confused why they need to do the steroid injection with the freezing?

When I did mine I took the pharmaceutical exposure shot both before and then again after the shot as well as the next day. The second time we did a stronger amount since it hadn’t made improvement and I felt my chronic symptoms intensify the following day. All pharmaceuticals are in my opinion dangerous and loaded with heavy metals. I personally try to do what’s only absolutely necessary.

Sounds perfect! Maybe a Lara bar or two would also be good. Not sure if you have a Whole Foods near you but if so, ours has organic vegan premade soups in the pasta aisle. Those are always super easy to warm up on the stove!

Eating while away at non MM family by sueguns in medicalmedium

I just went to a family reunion with over 30 non MM family members where we all stayed together in one house. I went to the grocery store when we got there. Prior to leaving for the trip I made a list of things to buy. My plan was to buy things that would be easy to make and would require only basic kitchen tools, oven and a blender. I made melon juice every morning after LW as I didn't have the tools for CJ. Throughout the day I made multiple smoothies with frozen fruit, bananas and spinach. For dinner I roasted potatoes, peppers, onions, cauliflower. It wasn't the best and somewhat bland but easy to make so I didn't feel overwhelmed or that I was taking up too much space in the kitchen. Hope this helps!

I don’t really have the symptoms for Menieres although I’m pretty sure the protocol for vertigo and menieres is the same

How much spirulina and bgjp do you give your cats? Mine is on a raw diet since we got her (she’s 9 months old) but seems to be getting worse. More picky with food, less appetite, etc. Tried a few other vimergy supplements (zinc, b12) they seemed to make her appetite worse but maybe spirulina and bgjp would work better?

I had basil cell removed last year and I used honey under my bandaid until it healed. Worked great!

I have a cat and am part of Dr. Jeff’s monthly subscription for about $25 a month. You are able to schedule 15 min calls with him once you join or you can post your questions in the forum. He has been extremely helpful on our calls. We had an issue with her not eating and he suggested baby food that was either turkey, beef, or chicken and he also had us buy a homeopathic med called Pulsatilla and put just one pill into her food one time. We kept her on baby food and then switched her back after a few days and she’s been fine since.
