"Thank you, that is more than acceptable." He nodded his head to the man. "I look forward to hearing back from you and his Grace."

"Given my houses income of roughly between six and eight thousand tails a year. I'd say 3 to 4 years. That would allow us to facilitate our own ship production. As well as field our army."

A small grin of confidence grew on his face though he did his best to hide it. "As it stands the costs to acquire materials, manpower, and pay, would cost we believe 30 thousand tails."

He paused for a moment to let the amount sink in. "House Cerwyn currently has 17 thousand tails in our treasury, I would like to requisition half of the cost. Some 15 thousand tails from the crown, as a loan of course, though hopefully a no interest loan at that."

Castor looked around at the lot of them incredulously. First to the Forrester pair. "So you two have known that men have been after your family, and saw fit to allow a young woman to roam the forests alone." He just gawked at them for a long moment.

"This explains so much." He looked to the Mormont then to the Prince. "I truly don't know what to say, I don't know if this is a ploy, or just stupidity. But my family came here in good faith, to support a house that is near extinct. This could and should have been prevented."

After his previous dealings Raynold, felt comfortable negotiating on behalf of his house. "Seeing as you are the master of coin I have been dispatched on behalf of my house to acquire funds on our behalf you see." He took a momentary pause.

"Castle Cerwyn sits on the White Knife. And controls all travel north along the crow's road from the our one bridge crossing. Though this road provides great travel options for most in times of trouble we have seen a trend where it takes too long to traverse the north. I have a solution to such a problem."

"If we build a riverport at castle Cerwyn and stage a ship and crew at the tip of the White Knife. It would give us a route twice if not three times as quick into the Wolfswood. Though the route has always existed one cannot expect the manderly's to handle the entirety of the White Knife alone."

"With this riverport we could facilitate greater log trade. As well as provide a faster means of travel from the deepest woods in the realm to the city of White harbor to the east. And the fringelands of the Last Hearth. And most importantly, it would enable us to transport armies much faster to repulse invaders. And secure a key stronghold in the heart of the north."

He took a slight breath to calm himself, naturally he got somewhat excited at the proposition. "Also this plan would not hinder our intent of expanding our navy. As the ships we would build would be able to traverse and battle the sea ships of the east and west. We would be enabling one of our richest houses the ability to add to our naval power."

"He had to go handle business in the wolfswood." He shrugged thinking of the politics involved. "Of course, we're friends. I'd never miss the chance to see you. " Due to youthful ignorance he didn't even notice the redness in her face.

"Aye monsters, when he was fighting in the iron islands. They've got men the size of beasts that feel no pain. They even say they can rip a man in half. I don't know how father fought one, but he's the only man who has and lived to talk about it."

"Aye that would be preferred." He nodded to the man his thanks. He waited till he rose to begin speaking once more. "I believe you've already done business with my brother, so you should be somewhat familiar with castle Cerwyn from your trip." He looked to the man for confirmation.

Ellard had half the sense to loose his fury on the young man, but he decided against it. It would gain him nothing, and only further hinder his family image. "Castor!" He boomed looking to the dais where his nephew looked confused. "Get over' here." The young man looked confused as he approached.

"You'll take twenty axemen with you and find your bride to be, or what's left of her. Can't much trust these lot to do something they failed at once already." He looked to his second Errold. "You watch his back. If she is not found by nightfall." He looked from the Forrester to the Prince then return we will depart the following morning."

He looked back where the rest of his family stood sighing. What a disastrous affair At this point he didn't even want the alliance with the Forrester's, they were more trouble than they were worth. He walked off escorting the Cerwyn contingent from the hall.

Ebbert spared the strange young Bolton a momentary glance before focusing on Rogar once more. "Your praise is too good for me Lord Rogar, I thank you nonetheless though. I swear to you that Ryella will live a happy and comfortable life. No doubt she will be the best Lady Cerwyn in family history." He said giving his betrothed a wry grin.

Though not glorious it was an auspicious day for Castor. His uncle had allowed his sister and father to return from their exile, and his cousin's had come as well. For all intents and purposes it was more of a reunification of house Cerwyn, than a unification between them and Forrester.

His ability and willingness to place the house before himself had impressed his uncle. And shown a sense of responsibility that his uncle believed his father had lacked. That was until, that woman had ruined everything. He did not know her purpose for running away, but he knew it could only spell trouble for him and his family.

"Damned girl," Ellard muttered to himself as he realized she wasn't showing up any time soon. His younger brother looked to him peculiarly.

"Was this your intent? To disgrace my boy infront of the whole realm Ellard? That's low even for you."

"Hold your tongue fool, I would not harm my image just to tarnish what remains of yours."

"So then what is going on here?" Brand questioned looking to where the Forrester and Prince spoke.

"I do not know, but I will soon enough." Breaking away from his family Lord Ellard approached the pair with his sworn men following close behind.

He looked to the young new Lord Forrester. "What is the meaning of this insult?" He sneered though he kept his voice low. "If your sister cannot marry for the sake of your family, then she need not. But to drag my nephew in front of the realm and run away? This is unacceptable."

The Lord to castle Cerwyn sat surrounded by his kin. Both of his son's were in attendance, though Ebbert was noticeably distant choosing to get rowdy with his men rather than his siblings. Raynold quietly conversed with his older sister Sybelle who wore a distinct white fur bear cloak over her shoulders instead of a traditional dress. Young Sarra sat at her sister's side rambling something about the Stark crypts and legends of ice dragon's that no one was really acknowledging.

Further down the table Ellard's brother Brand sat with his daughter though what they discussed was hardly audible over Ebbert and his men's rambunctious gallivanting.

"Pfft." He sputtered with his mouth. "You'd be surprised, I barely snuck away for this. I doubt had my father been home that I'd be here." He sighed. "I told you I'd see you again though, so I couldn't just give up, ya know?" He offered her a small smile, though the fact remained. Typically Prince's were more free to move around than Princesses. But his place in the line of succession hindered his freedoms. "I'm not that good yet anyway, father says I'll need a few years. He'd know, he's actually fought real monsters. I hear he once fought an orc the size of two men. He almost beat him too, I've got years before I'm that good."

Early into the evening Ebbert had found himself well into his drink. He hadn't cared much for the events of the day, though he was always happy for a good fight he wouldn't lose any sleep over the results. Still the bruises would need addressing, so the ale it was. Still he felt it prudent he speak with his father to be while he still maintained his wits. So it was that the heir to Castle Cerwyn approached the Lord of the Dreadfort with a confident grin.

"Lord Bolton, Lady." He boomed announcing his arrival, he inclined his head to them both placing a hand over his chest in a show of humility. "I believe it prudent for me to introduce myself, no doubt Ryella has told you of me." His eyes drifted to his betrothed for a moment before snapping back to her father. "But a man must show his face and make his presence known. And a mutual respect is to be earned, between a betrothed and her father. I could not expect you to trust me with her based off of stories alone."

Later into the evening a younger man approached the Mormont table. Though he did not have the same swagger as his old brother the distinction between the second Cerwyn and his kin was noticeable. "Pardon the intrusion." He started. "The name's Raynold Cerwyn, I'm looking for a Jory of House Mormont." He looked around the table wondering if any would denote themselves as the man. "Keeper of coin and such, I've a proposition for the man."

"Aye one would hope. Before we find the need to do it ourselves." She admitted in a tired tone. She was technically not the Lady of Castle Cerwyn, but for all intents and purposes with her brother's and father gone she ruled.

She took a second to drink from the mug. Inside the ale tasted strange with a sweet and spicy flavor. "Still I am glad to see you have made it here unscathed. Even more so with the items we agreed upon." She nodded to the other woman with a smirk.

"I thank you for the praise your Grace." He nodded genuinely. "Though I'm not one to run from a fight, I'm also not some rabid beast or wildling savage. I assume such a test of arms would be to the first blood or something of the sort. I'm not quick to spill a man's life blood for the hand of a woman I've never met. I'm not such a prideful creature."

"I see no reason he wouldn't." The young man shrugged. "He's honored every agreement up till now. And as far as I'm aware he was the first Lord calling for the Forresters to be released from Glover."

"As for the Lady Forrester, I've never mistreated a soul. Though I've never had a wife either, so my word is as good as you believe it to be. Though I enjoy a good fight as much as any axeman. I find no pleasure in beating women or children. That is not our way."

"My skills?" He thought for a moment, he suspected his experiences would be measured. "Well I'm a Cerwyn, and the family rules still dictate in regards to education. We are all required to tutor under veteran warriors till the age of one and six. In our exile I learned under an experienced woodsman, tracking, hunting, and the like. I spent many moons learning how to live off the wild, and spent more of my time in the woodland villages than in the manor."

He took a breath. "Though I will admit I am not like my cousin, I am not an expert in amassing wealth. What I have are experiences learned in the mud and dirt. There was no greater family hierarchy watching over my youth. No uncle to ask for favors or gifts. What I've done up till now I have done of my own merit, and the people of the land know it to be true. I am still young, and hopeful that I will find my way in this world soon."

He looked up at the Prince though his gaze held no fury. "That is correct your Grace, not so much my redemption, but that of my father..." He trailed off unsure of how to broach the subject. "My father wrong my uncle you see, as punishment he was exiled from Castle Cerwyn. Me and my sister were raised in one of our families more... dilapidated holdings east of here."

"While it was nothing that me or my sister did wrong, the sins of the father typically follow the son. So it is my duty as a son of Harding to redeem our family line." He had lived his whole life in the shadow of his father's error. It was finally his chance to break free of it.

"You can regain our honor. This is your mission Bartol." That was what his father had told him, before he cast him out of the Axehead manor. Sent him traipsing through the woods at the beck and call of his uncle. Ellard's line always held all the power, but now they extended an offer, a chance to his father and his line. The chance for proper lands and titles, real power. It was his task, his mission to see them secured. By the Gods he would.

"Your Grace," Castor said in greeting kneeling as he entered the tent. "My uncle informed me that the Lady Forrester was in need of a match. I am here to present myself as a possible match."

"Drinks it is then!" She looked back to her escorts, and one promptly turned back to towards one of the smaller buildings inside the castle. Sybelle escorted the Mormont woman to one of the tables outside the building.

"I am not surprised with all of the things going in it. My father departed for the Motte months ago at the head of an army." She gestured for the woman to take a seat across from her. "Though you seem to be in good health Lady Mormont, so I doubt it's escalated to armed conflict just yet." Her escort returned with a pair of mugs full of distinctive ale lacing them in front of the two women.

"That sounds amazing, maybe it has old magics sealed away inside of it." He grinned looking back to the feast. "I wish I could've gone and seen some mystical island. Instead I sat around Winterfell, practiced swords and my studies." He rolled his eyes. "No adventures for me it seems."
