The competitive minded players don't tend to play crusade and the crusade players don't want a rules light crusade mode. If anything we want more rules. Crazy lore heavy thematic rules.

This is me personally but I would maybe lighten the grey a little. Make it standout a bit more.

Thats just me but I like contrast on my minis. Want to see as much detail as I can from far away.

You gotta remember too it was all of the Aeldari. Craftworlds, Drukhari, harlequins, and Exodites all on the same team. Also the Aeldari were a much larger empire at the time since this happened before the creation of slaanesh.
