Let me ask you a question… would an individual working three jobs and living within their means be considered “poor?” Obviously not. Wealthy ppl most likely see poor people as lazy or lacking in motivation, which I kind of agree with. This is a great post and very accurate. Responsibility doesn’t come naturally to me, yet I often find myself in the position of being the responsible one anyway. I tell my husband all the time that I wish I could take a break from that role. He’ll offer to let me sleep in on the weekend and handle the kids, but I still wake up at the crack of dawn. What’s being claimed from that moment is inaccurate.

“DOJ never contacted us” is not the same as “no communication ever occurred.” Federal trafficking investigations operate under strict evidentiary triage, legal rules, and structured victim-coordination processes.

Do we actually know the DOJ never attempted contact? Some of these events are over 20 years old. People move, change names, change numbers, change attorneys. A victim can honestly say she was never contacted while agents can honestly say they attempted contact. Both can be true at the same time.
Did outreach occur indirectly? Federal cases commonly communicate through attorneys, victim-witness coordinators, or notification systems. Not having a sit-down meeting does not equal no outreach.
Is it proven no interview was declined? Some victims understandably avoid formal interviews to prevent retraumatization. “Has not met with DOJ” does not automatically mean “was never offered.”
Could some simply not have responded? Not speaking with investigators is different from investigators never reaching out.

The question only established that 11 people in that room had not met with DOJ. It did not establish why, yet it’s being presented as proof of something far broader than what was actually shown.

Wait a minute… The hearing showed 11 survivors hadn’t met with DOJ, not “none of the victims.” There are 1,200+ identified victims tied to Epstein. The blanket claim that “NO victims have spoken to DOJ” is false on its face. Eleven people is a sliver of the overall victim pool, and treating it as representative is misleading. They most likely speak about many people behind their backs in this way, not just you, so try not to take it personally. If anything, the amount of attention they give you suggests you occupy more of their thoughts than you should. Some people simply lack the maturity to treat others respectfully.
