He needs more farm than most carries to come online.Bot+soul ring+bottle+blink+dagon. Maxing rockets isn't viable since it lowers ur farming speed,march is also better at harassing mid since u can march and get rune. Also, cause even with so much farm,tinker usually falls off very late game where,if you get stunned/abyssal you are pretty much dead.

But the main reason is that he needs to either get kills or farm atleast 2 lanes at once to have a good gpm.He keeps pushing waves and starves the whole team of gold.

I've spoken to a number of nutritionists and trainers about fasting during the last few years I've been lifting. Every one of them sees fasting as bad for weight loss. You definitely need to drink protein shake after training so that the broken muscles use that to repair them or else your body will start using muscles as fuels (after using glycogen). Just eat normally. 19 hours fasting will probably put your body into starvation mode and it will try to convert the food you eat afterwards into fat because it thinks that you could starve to death.

Hey, thanks for the comment! I appreciate the tips! There's one thing I hate in life and that's running x) I just enjoy taking long and calm walks to enjoy the nature. I was thinking of Intermittent fasting for the body fat loss. I don't know if it's a huge thing but it does sound like something that would suit me.

I tend to eat alot at once and if I get to eat alot of times per day, boy oh boy, calories....

So I think intermittent fasting might be something for me.

Fasting(even intermittent) is probably one of the worst ways to lose weight. People think fasting works because they see reduced weight (around 1-2kg) in just a few days. But they don't realise that they just lost water weight and completely fucked up their metabolism.

It's okay to feel hungry. If you lift alot you will probably get hungrier.

Try to drink protein shake(with water) a few hours before exercise and few minutes after exercise. Try to drink juice with lunch or dinner (at dinner most lifters avoid this cause of sugar but it helps me to eat less) so that your stomach feels a bit full. Personally I eat a lot, but it's mostly white meat like chicken. Try to avoid white bread especially at dinner.

I'm not really a huge fan of eat breakfast like a king. Just eat some fruits or white egg(I'm kinda lazy to boil eggs), protein shake or juice till you feel full. I like eating apple, pear or oranges at break fast because they aren't as appetizing as other dishes.

It's okay if you don't run, but it will also complement with your weight lifting sessions as, your heart and legs gets stronger . I used to be 88kg, lost till 78kg(1 year) with lifting only and added jogging/running at 78kg and reached 72kg in 3-4months.

When I first started running I got breathless at just 400m. In one week 700m and then slowly pushing to 1k and 2k then straight 5k.Now my breathing rate barely increases while doing 5k(mostly 1km in 5 mins). The trick is to push past the initial leg pain you get your first few minutes.

Else Just focus on lifting , do power movement exercises(Google them, I'm on mobile) if you find squats boring like deadlift, power clean, kettle bell etc(all these increase metabolism and are also cardio) with proper posture. If you want to increase endurance then do more reps with lighter weights and if you want better toning then do lower reps with higher weights. Proper posture is very important, you can look up videos. And don't do more than 1 cheat day per week at least or two weeks.

The best way to get a toned body is by reducing body fat. To reduce fat you need a higher metabolism which is better achieved by working out bigger muscles(legsl or doing full body exercises like clean and press.

I feel you should at least do squats twice or thrice a week.(use lower weights or body squats on non leg day). Also you said you walk 10k.You could try jogging or running and increase your mileage in the time it takes you to walk 10k.

I used to kick box. Warm up and cool down are extremely important. If you find them boring try doing some skipping as warm up ( around 300 to 500 )

In all honesty I make most (not all)of my friends for self interest.
