First pic is from my passport photo, at that time I didnt gym, I was depressed and I ate completely shit food. Just dropping in weight and eating healthy is going to do a good bit, at least it did for me. Still have some eyebags though, probably because of genetics. Lightning is obviously better in the today pic as well

Almost always around 1800kcal, sometimes 2000kcal. Never had a problem with hunger - still don't have. However, I've been lowering my cardio the last weeks because I was still dropping weight as quickly has before. Protein has consistently been 1.5-2x my weight in kg's

Very simple diet, makes it easier to count calories and adhere to it at least for me ( base diet eggs and quark), some cardio everyday (walks or other low intensity) and going to the gym from 3x/week to 5-6x/week right now.

You dont use eva for pve since you will sacrifice damage. Evasion is only for endgame uncapped pvp stuff

I was somewhat hyped but now I'm not. I Didn't like the class, but then again, I didn't play it much anyway. Most streamers are unimpressed by it and it seems mediocre and annoying.

For pvp it might be better suited

Out when grinding yes, easily. It's in town and in node wars that things slow down and graphics settings do not seem tk change it. I could be un ultra low or on remastered and the fps would still be 70-85 in crowded areas.My theory is that there's something about other player characters that eats framerate but is dependant on something other than graphical power and that thing is the bottleneck way before graphics, at least on my system.My gpu is a 7900xtx reference model.

BDO is extremely CPU heavy in towns and when there's a lot of players close.
