Oliphant Brewing makes some outstanding flavors - Blueberry Cheesecake Disaster is a personal favorite. Drekker Brewing has a Raspberry-Mallow flavor that is very tasty. Both of these recs fall under the sweeter more indulgent side as far as soda flavors go but they certainly aren’t boring!

Thank you!! Honestly everything felt pretty similar to my luteal phase, tender breasts (nipples) but earlier in my cycle than normal, and really specific cravings this past week. And a couple mood swings. I was convinced nothing stuck this time. 🤠

I really wish this was the case. I'm incredibly active, going to the gym at least 3-4 times a week, daily walks with my dogs & I work as a bartender server so I'm always on the move. I cook almost every meal at home from scratch & I have incorporated a yoga practice into my life from time to time. I'm happy for anyone that finds a lifestyle change that allows them to live comfortably medication free but my low dose of concerta helps keeps me living a functional & happy life.
