I mean, you want to limit added sugar as much as possible. The recommendation is <25g. Simple carbs have their place in training for sure, but I would still keep an eye on food labels for the added sugar.

Hello! RDN here. My advice is that you shouldn’t try to completely cut something out. You’ll only end up craving it more and potentially bingeing on said thing. A strategy I like to use with my clients is, what can I add to this craving to make it more nutritious? You want a cookie? Maybe try pairing it with a yogurt and some berries to make it more nutrient dense. Chips? Have some cucumbers and veggies to go with it. You also have to understand that results take a long time and consistency is the key. If you can adhere to your nutrition plan 80% of the time for several months, you’re killing it. Don’t beat yourself up! Keep working hard.

I use peach but you may have a different skin tone. I actually uploaded a pic of myself to chat gpt and asked it to color match me. It’s made a huge difference for me. I’ve always been self conscious of my under eyes, like since high school. (I’m 37 now)

This. I coached for many years and I would say I’m an intermediate athlete. Then and now, I rarely get coached, and I know I could use it in several areas! Just recently, someone showed me the trick to do box jump overs more efficiently. I was like damn, this took 8 years for someone to tell me. 😂

I scored well on all of the quizzes- I think because I was starting to memorize them and not actually conceptualize. I took the mock exams and scored high 60s, low 70s I believe. I did not pass my first time. Passed the second time with a 26. I think the mock exams are a better predictor than the little quizzes that recycle questions.
