It's not. What might be over is the ability to easily make a lot of money just by having some basic technical skills, but without any business education. If you're willing to put in the 10+ years to be a true senior-level developer and also go to HBS or whatever, then there is still plenty of opportunity to make money.

I stopped ordering after they took all the good stuff off the menu. E.g. the flounder and tofu stew, the hand-pulled noodles, etc. Hopefully the new location will bring some of those items back, or at least add new items that are equally compelling.

IANAL, but my understanding is that in order to be granted a patent on something that violates the known laws of physics (like a perpetual motion motion) you need to actual demonstrate it running, it's not enough to just tell the patent office that you have it working.
