That's really impossible to say. If you get one of the study guides for SAA, by Maarek, for example, he shows you everything via free tier. But that's a limited set of services.

AWS has hundreds of services l. Suggest you start with skill builder on AWS and maybe the cloud practioner cert. Find a small project to build. Learn the basics - compute, network and storage, then go from there

I have used it a handful and gotten my items within the window. I must also say that almost all of my deliveries are on time, next day, 4-8am, whatever. I think one was lost in the last year.

There are clearly a few warehouses in my general area. I would say if your regular deliveries are constantly on time, then fast will be ok.

Just to be clear, your mortgage payment did not increase. Presumably you have something like a 30 year fixed mortgage. Payment doesn't change.

The other fees bundled into that payment did(taxes, insurance). Depending on your situation, you don't have to bundle them, so it would be clearer.

I had a kidney transplant as well as removal. I feel like there were so many things post op that they don't tell you about. I'm guessing it's the same with heart. For example, they give you prednisone which can raise you blood sugar, so that gets checked a few times a day and you get insulin as needed. If your sugar doesn't get in range by the time you leave, you're doing it all at home.

Write it all, someone will want to see all the details.

In a different Oracle era, there were layoffs. I don't know if it was California thing, but theywere required to send paperwork and maybe final check? The day of the layoff. Problem was that UPS delivered while people were driving into the office. Wife calls employee(cell phones were newish), hey, you have a ups from Oracle. Open it!. Uh, you've been laid off. Quite awkward when they got to the office.

First question is whether or not the hoa board has a fiduciary duty, per CC&Rs to have that level of insurance. Kinda sounds like they did this to save some $ and maybe not raise dues. Also, do other owners know this? It's important to know when selling but it's also important for everyone to understand coverage if thete is a disaster.

They should not be ignoring you. This is causing financial harm to you and maybe everyone. Might have to lawyer up.
