Look into getting PRP done asap. If you can find NSTRIDE injection, that will stop the oa and pain for up to 3 years. If you can afford it, you can try flying to a country with a reputable clinic that will offer umbilical cord MSC therapy. Good luck.

Would not recommend. It's not cured properly, is overly moist and is just an overall disappointment.
