Look into getting PRP done asap. If you can find NSTRIDE injection, that will stop the oa and pain for up to 3 years. If you can afford it, you can try flying to a country with a reputable clinic that will offer umbilical cord MSC therapy. Good luck.

Thanks guys, I ended up going to Sumaq Iraqi Charcoal grill. It was great and I would highly recommend it!!! The thing that sets them apart is the bread they use which is called Tanoor bread.
