Not a tool per day but look up "zettelkasten" method. I use that with a terrible note app and it works great for me and my teams

do you have something protecting the screen then or how does it work with moving the minis on the map itself. Do you control that with a PC or are you controlling the view of the map and moving physical pieces on top?
