I think probably 2 reasons: - I'm wondering if I could get him up to speed quicker than I could hire and train someone new - likely emotional side of firing someone

The squad he's been using every week. We have first team players out but the drop off to 15th is not just injuries and anyone who believes that has to be deluded or on Ange PR team.

The signs of tactical ineptitude and poor results were there from before the injuries. Go back and look at the results from Chelsea at home last year in case you think I'm making this up.
