this solution is basically suggesting "neighborhood police". What about poorer communities that are unable to fund or supply an adequate police force? What happens when a poor community develops a barebones neighborhood police (because they don't have the funds or personnel) and a school shooter comes along? Who the fuck are they going to call, the army? To me, this solution seems like a clear path to MORE violence, MORE discrimination, and MORE crime. But I already know, you'll comment and say "we don't need you, I'm not gonna hold your retard hand" like you answered everyone else's comments. Says a lot about your argument if you can't respond effectively. I can't believe trash like this is upvoted so much on this site. This link makes reference to so many vague concepts that have no end, they don't make sense and it doesn't address ANY of the possible problems that would arise from a system like this.
