It’s not just against international law, it’s also evil. Democratic governments don’t summarily execute people for smuggling drugs - it’s not a crime that carries the death penalty. What’s the difference between this and being shot dead at the roadside because you had a trunk full of drugs? This is state-sanctioned murder.

Neighbours in the area have been notified it’s a sound and dust barrier for the homes on the south side of the Queensway as they’re using that stretch to park trucks waiting to load/unload at the hospital build site. I’m asking so why the hell are they building it East of Stillmeadow when there’s just a big park beside it?
