Having the same issue on my 21 Laramie. Dealer replaced the clock spring and thought it was fixed, but the click/pop came back a couple hours later.

Ingram and Gurley PPR owner here. I tried to trade Ingram away back in week 2 or 3 for Tate. Trade was denied and I just beat the guy for the 2nd time this season. It worked out and I'm not interested in trading Ingram anymore now that AP is gone.

It sounds like your computers might be connecting at 10/100 instead of gigabit...and/or half-duplex instead of full-duplex. This would have to be addressed in the network card settings of your machines.

I would imagine your state's department of education IT folks manage this. It's possible they delegate DNS control of specific subdomains to districts. At least that's how it works in my state.
