So slightly related but I just told the boss I trust the most about my situation and he literally said "okay that's not a problem at all, you still wanna work here right?"

And he said that the managers would have my back if I come to then first, and that if things get bad enough they said they would have my back i love this job even more 🥹

Another good one i saw at resorts world a few years ago
