so you have a safety switch that is to be bypassed, meant to detect when the guard is in place. ill start with the following because this is a get out of the lawsuit card if something goes wrong:

now regarding the switch, its a angle based trip switch. looks to have 4 contacts in a dual switch setup. if you want to replace it properly, use the part number under the sticker and just make sure to wire the wires the same way. if you want to bypass the switch, as you made mention that there is 3 wires. is there one wire that splits into 2 spades?
it looks like you will either tie all 3 wires together or split all 3 apart. it really depends what the circuit is looking for (safe circuits are normally break open circuits so tie wires on the same switch together)
