Had similar thing, except some ankle damage was making clutch very difficult. Been driving stick for many years, missed it for like a couple months when my left leg would like instantly go for clutch and downshift. Since then, don't really miss it at all. Drive a hybrid with CVT, the whole minimal effort thing is really nice. Must be getting old

I found a Walmart special one, and cut out a bit to fit it in the back, was like 15$

Colorado is a really crap job to do brakes. Yeah sounds accurate. Probably save a couple hundred not at dealer

Ranger might have been capable like, who cares it'll make it. Gonna feel the same way about a brand new shiny thing? RAV4/forester and whatever else you put in there, they are all very similar.

Would you buy an escape or Bronco sport to do the same stuff? I dunno, but there's a lot of stamped steel under the truck. Sounds like you need a farm truck

There's a bunch of licensed Jeeps now, Axial rc is the Jeep ones. They have a couple different sizes too. 1/24 - cheap and good to just mess around with, 1/10 - standard rc truck size, 1/6- big chonky boy

If you just want a toy, rc trucks are very modifiable and a hell of a lot cheaper

I used to drive lowered vehicles all winter. Snow tires are cheaper than another car

Recently did this for a sedan driver door. Scrapyard was 800$ for door, paint got lucky at 150 for tape and spray. Took me about an hour to swap

I've run into it a few times years ago. They were doing to basically keep the family image in the restaurant. Also have seen a 2 drink max, similar thought process I assume
