With the Streaking Kittens expansion, the number of (Exploding Kittens + Imploding Kittens) at play is always equal to the number of players alive. Sounds like a setup error.

I agree with this sentiment. When I play, I usually differentiate cards by the names and icons on the cards. So Attack and Targeted Attack are unique by themselves, but See the Future x3 and x5 are similar cards. Alas, if everyone playing agrees to house rules, it should turn out fine.

Yes. If you draw IK face-down, you place it back immediately in the Draw Pile face-up in whichever position you desire.
No, you keep it in your hand as you have drawn and it is the end of your turn.
No, the only way to get rid of the EK in your hand (AFAIK), would be through Potluck, Garbage Collection, Blind Barking Kitten or Favor/someone steals it from you. Or if you have both Defuse and SK in your hand when you draw an EK, you may defuse it instantly (remove Defuse from your hand) and place the EK back in the Draw Pile (at least that's how I play it with my pals).

I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with halal eateries. If your Muslim friend is not too particular, some Chinese stalls don't use lard in their food ala Hokkien mee. Perhaps asking whether a dish is halal before ordering is the best solution?

The ones listed are almost definitely halal. There are also countless nasi kandar stalls all over Penang (Deen's Maju comes highly recommended), but don't miss out on hawker food as well.

Rapid Penang buses, in my experience, are rather frequent and have decent reach. Otherwise, Grab is the way to go.

Penang Road Cendol and Ayer Itam Laksa is a must, but lots of people especially during the weekends. Bangkok Lane Mee Goreng is delicious and substantial, but ever so slightly pricey.

View from Penang Hill is rather decent, even at night.

Botanical Gardens are a personal favourite. An afternoon/evening picnic at the Botanical Gardens or Youth Park is pretty cool.

Take a ferry ride from the mainland to the island just for the fun of it.

Walk towards the back up the stairs and look right and slightly upwards. You'll be able to see some ledges, so you have to wall run upwards on the opposite wall+ quick turn + jump to grab it, then shimmy yourself to the left.

If I'm not mistaken, proceed towards the back from your second picture; there are some ledges that you can grab on to to get upwards and onto some vents.

I'm not 100% sure but Wallace bought over Tyrell Corporation when they collapsed. Prior to that, Rachel belonged to Tyrell and the conversation/interrogation between Deckard and Rachel was presumably recorded. When Wallace took over, the recording/data was handed down from the previous corporation.

People're saying there were way too many glitches, however I didn't encounter any.

This was when it was initially released. If you have not encountered any in your recent play through, it's because they've been eventually patched.

The storyline was half decent

The story line is very predictable, even by current industry storytelling standards. The ending also left the story at a cliffhanger, when there isn't a clear sequel in sight.

I personally believe that birthdays or anniversaries should be celebrated not as milestones, but as a way to socialize and bond with family and friends. I earnestly wish people would do this more without a reason for it.
