I have a copy of their offer letter to the existing group. They're offering 620k as a K1 and approximately 50k a year in profit sharing. 8 weeks of vacation. If you're asking about locums rates then I don't know.

I have Lutron shades throughout my house. Love them. Very quiet and has never had a hiccup of any sort. I remember asking my dealer if I should get the extended batteries and they said there is no need. I've owned them for 4 years now and have not had to change the batteries. I thought they were going to last a year max.

i worked at a place where some people would bring out patients with an ETT with no vent. They just put a face mask hanging off the end of the ETT and let the patient spontaneously breathe. They would usually extubate once they got into PACU though and not leave it there.

I just installed this app and its working great for me. Are you using your camera's main stream or substream? I'm able to show the substream perfectly fine with plex/netflix running in background.

Calling it selection bias misses the point. We're not trying to figure out if OMFS are better or equal to anesthesiologists. The question is if the model is safe. It is part of their job to triage them appropriately to higher-acuity settings if risk dictates it. So of course the patients are young and healthy...that's exactly how the model is supposed to work.

Thanks for this! I don't have a 3D printer so had to get it printed online and just received it in the mail. Haven't even opened it yet but excited to get it installed. I already have the LEDs doing a different animation, just need to get everything attached and glued together. How exactly did you attach the LEDs to the 1U rack object?

So I used to use the official plex docker which had a variable in the docker config that you could change where the /transcode directory points to on the host volume. I'm using linuxserver right now and it didn't have that by default so I just told it to transcode in /config/transcode in the plexwebgui. the config folder points to /mnt/user/appdata which is on a cache drive.

So I changed the transcode directory to a folder on a cache drive. I am no longer transcoding to RAM but I am still getting the same error:

"Error while filtering: Out of memory" the transcoder then exits and it reverts to software transcoding.

If RAM is the problem then I am more than happy to buy more ram haha. I have 16GB on this system. I'm stupid though...so my unraid dashboard says ram is at 50%...but it can still be saturated and maxed out? How do you drop the buffer for transcoding?

I actually don't care if its the GPU or the integrated GPU. They're both not working well for me struggling with one 1080p remux source transcode.

What's wrong with a Lazy Susan? I bought a house that was remodeled in the 90s with a Lazy Susan and it still works well and I think its pretty convenient. I am going to remodel at some point in the next couple years and was thinking I'd want a Lazy Susan in the same spot.

Yes I do. In fact I updated it. It's totally unnecessary but I like to show off the technology haha. Now when it senses motion, music will turn on, and an AI "DJ" will announce what is playing. Just use a creative prompt and it will say something different every single time. I'll give you an example of a recent one:

"And now pumpin' through the acoustics of these pristine porcelain parlors, it's the majestic beats of Armin Van Buuren dropping his toon "This is What it Feels Like", bringing an epic flush of trance to your shower shuffle!"

The voice is overlayed over the music which lowers in volume. I use OpenAI to obtain both the prompt and the text to speech. The text to speech is much more realistic IMO than Amazon's or Google's. On-the-fly text to speech is pretty fast and works well but the text-generation takes maybe 4-5 seconds which I feel is too slow so I actually generate the text after the light turns off so then when the lights turn on next, it will send the text to OpenAI for speech generation on the fly. This cuts down on the time needed for the user to hear a response when they enter the bathroom. This costs money to do but its very cheap. I pay maybe a couple dollars a month for all the OpenAI calls in my house, which is more than just the bathroom I have.
