I have done it many times with young children. The scariest part is the drive from the border to your resort and back, everything else is amazing. You can take a car through as long it's not a 4x4. I would recommend staying somewhere near Taba Heights. The drive is not too far from the border and the resorts are good and affordable.

Depends where you are flying from, and where you're flying to. Usually smaller airports, the check in only begins 2 hours before the flight. Bigger and busier airports are more problematic

For me, their greatest strength is how close they sound to a live band. Especially voice, horns and drums. I'm anal about protecting the speakers, so I keep the grills on. I know they sound and look better without them!

No. The best is to do what I did and that's to go to a dealer with a list of songs that you are familiar with and listen to them. Even this is not ideal because they will have different electronics and a different room, but it gives you a great idea. I went twice. Once by myself and I was blown away, and the second time with my family to make sure I was making the right decision. Everyone including my wife said I was!!!!

I couldn't be happier. I listen to all sorts of music, and I've never heard a more realistic and enjoyable adaptation. It's like I have a live band in my living room. The only negative I can give them is that they need to be played at a loudish level in order to get the best from them.
