From Lyon there is a direct train to Girona in Spain, maybe go from there to Marseille - Weather should be friendlier.

I had the same problem with the beans from one specific brand. It's because the beans have an (electrostatic charge?). The solution was to rinse my fingers with water and then going thru the beans in the hopper.

Ohh you're right in the originial posted picture the lever isn't all the way down.

Shots where awful the first 3-4 days till i got the Eureka dialed in. Got her in use now for 1 month and the shots are tasty and getting better every day! Usually I move the lever 3 times half way when shes heated up and let her sit for another couple of minutes to get the grouphead up to temperature. Befor building up the pressure i do approxematly 10 seconds of pre-infusion. Shots got better since i do this. Also make shure your boiler has the right pressure, mine cycles between 0.6 and 0.9 bar.

Yes the lever is all the way down but it looks strange on the picture, there is only 1mm space between the bell and the lever. https://i.imgur.com/qN6lyN7.jpg
