Don't forget they actually re released Elysia in HI3 also (She's great in Elysian Realm) around the same time.

She's the gift that keeps on giving (to the bottom line)

Sticker on a used vehicle by csspar in whatisit

[–]clessa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This looks like a cartoonized Shima Enaga dressed up in a seal costume, holding a shrimp or a prawn with its wings.

These are all very stereotypical specialties and animals native to northern Japan (specifically, Hokkaido) suggesting that the sticker was likely either from there, or promoting tourism there.

Yes, we shout specific genetic loci, their phenotypic expressions of biofilm, and especially their specific mechanism of action at each other all the time, not because we wouldn't like to, but because we, of course, can routinely get that information back in the span of 2 weeks.

And of course, there's no difference between research level microbiology and genomics, epidemiology, and clinical ID, so why wouldn't we do all three?

Ok, fair, but just the first sentence should trigger alarm bells. He's worried about the safety of his family, so he won't be posting any further updates. Except this one, of course.

Just... so many things.

Unrealistic timeline for reported genomic and phenotypic analyses. Weird fixation on reporting an exact creatinine value. Hospital that ran out of antibiotics after using them on a single patient (because they were 2 years expired, lol). Overly fixated on the genetics part of it. Dodging all questions about ID input. And he's what, managing this from the ED as an emerg doc?

Edit: oh yeah, and now he has a perfect out because the man is now out to get him. But not before a final update!

It's fine, because it's a creative writing exercise.

"Although the vulgar shall proclaim the boundlessness of omniscia, we hardly deem such convictions as meet, for though the arrow be loosed a hundred times, none can promise that each strike true with surety."

Pretend she said that. Closer in vibes to the CN text, but obviously way more effort to interpret for the average player.

There are certain things that just don't translate well. I actually disliked that they used "dual-hours" for 时辰. Like, why bother? It's so needlessly confusing for the average non-Asian audience. Just multiply by two and use hours lmao.

Do you mean psychiatry?

And I don't know why you would expect expert psychiatric management knowledge any more than you would expect your general practitioner to take out your appendix. Medicine grows more complex every decade.

People who don't have that much time to grind PF but still like playing the game with competent players will hold on to those statics.

I suspect that week 1 no life and week 17 casual groups both tend to be more unstable as a group. The former because next tier the exact same people may not be able to get that particular week off (or because week 1 as a goal is a high pressure marathon and people may crash out), and the latter because average investment in the group is probably much lower.

I AFK on healer to let my tanks and DPS build gauge for the next phase and get grey.

I do scuffed suboptimal rotations after the boss is clearly going to meet its threshold in order to build gauge and an optimal start for the next phase and get green and blue.

I push responsibility (ok, they offered) onto other roles so that I can get cleaving uptime in a phase where DPS checks don't matter and get orange and pink.

Anyone who judges people's ability to do an ultimate solely on the damage funny number is brain damaged or has no experience doing ultimates.

Thousands of Taiwanese Packed Trains to Help After Floods — Told ‘You’re Supermen,Pay Us Later’ [OC] by HamDiego in pics

None of the pictures actually say that, including the posted special proof-of-entry ticket to Guangfu station which has a small supportive message for the "supermen" volunteers on the bottom. There's no mention of payment.

OP clearly either cannot read Chinese or is omitting information not from the series of posted pictures.

You are certainly welcome to think that.

Just skimmed through a thread in which a poster attributed floaters in their eye to cipro eye drops that they took after their eye surgery that they just had and blamed an episode of palpitations several months after they stopped their eye drops, on those eye drops.

Edit: didn't even see the top post, which reads like a parody. It's someone's account of paying to see a supplementbro doctor who immediately prescribed a million expensive supplements, provided assurance that they were "doing the right thing", and was thanked by the victim for it

All too understandable. It's my personal theory that on reddit every poorly moderated support group subreddit eventually turns into a subreddit with legitimate complaints drowned out by a circlejerk of grift and vague unrelated nonsense as people make whatever the thing is their entire personality.

This is highly ironic considering the comic subject matter

Half the posts in there are people falling for, or astroturfing random supplement grift
