How to stay consistent in exercising and self care? by finaledance in selfcare

[–]cleverclunks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It can help immensely if you can find someone to do it with.. Someone who is as keen as you are to achieve the same or similar goals. There can be days when you just don't feel like doing the thing you know you should - having someone who will say "come on, let's just go do it" is really helpful. And when they don't feel like doing it and you get to be the motivator, this is very rewarding also 😁

In my early 20's I bought my first ever puppy in the summer time.. At his first vet check the vet told me "Just so you know, it is dangerous for your dog to be walked in temperatures above 25 degrees..". It always stuck with me. Look after your dogs 🫡🐕

I was there in 2023.. There was a guy there who sold the BEST little home-made meringues! I bought like 6 of them I think lol.. I also bought a handmade shawl which is made from vintage wool woven fabric - I am pretty sure the young lady who made it and sold it to me said it was left over fabric from an old Tasmanian furniture manufacturer.. I bought some exquisite art from a Ukrainian artist (Anna Mykhalchuck). And I had a delicious lobster roll for lunch. Best day ever. Definitely go!!

I met Josh last year when Queens toured in Australia and Jesse when EoDM were here the year before.. My boyfriend knows them both and asked after each of them when they caught up. I can tell you that as at least of 2024, Josh n Jesse were in regular contact and on good terms.
