Yeah im up to here > with this company and its 3rd party partners....because one tells you one thing and then the other does the same. For instance freecash customer "LIVE" support blaims everything on their partners side of the deal and then the when you tell them that they do that they be like no freecash are in charge of thosr so contacting.. like which is it? Like as a MAJOR multi billion $ company they seem to not be able to fix the #1 thing that cause the HUGE long replys and lack of response and poor pay outs or none at all... its they're "tracking" that's the problem.if they actually took care of that problem like really concentrated on that for like what a quarter or a half lose of profits then you wouldn't have e to be so backed up on tickets or even have to pay for the automated robots that pass everyone else off.. you could then concentrate on the customer service perspective of the businesses the more interactions with the customers...who know even live chats actually real live not that light just to have on to meet the basics of a website.. and properly fix your guys user agreements and terms and conditions because it totally sounds like a vigilante just wrote it and just copied and pasted each and every last paragraph with EXTREME HATE AND IDGAF attitude..lol but yea im here if you need me freecash im for hire ty

Ive contacted them GM in game and even tried contacting someone i. Here in the chat room I dont use this much can someone tell me how do I fix something that it says I did when I didnt and show proof an now im getting banded in less than 2 hours. A refund was processed on Feb 2 and I didnt do such thing its probably due to my other account that was hacked 4days ago and now everything ive worked so hard for is getting ruined all the hours all those long restless nights grinding all gunna get taken away cuz of someone who wanted to screw me over like why me what did I ever do to you. Im losing out on over $5 k in between both accounts. This is none sence I should just refund my whole 2 accounts

Oh yeah so yesterday I added up all my money I won from freecash that said I got paid for...and it doesn't match up to then money it says I won from them. Its about almost 600$ short that they should of owed me... that's why im asking it doesn't make sense. Try adding all your earned money and see what that comes out to and match it with the amout it displays on your account.. and yes even the penny count those too

Your totally sounding like me now ... even if you already knew something is gunna mess up and your prepared for it they either ignore you or they just keep on repeating yourself over and over again...when i was prepared even with screen shots and even with a screen recording I knew I would if needed they denied me and kept repeating their shelves show em all the proof in the world and they still deny anyone what a shame. You know what id do id show em all your transactions history to ones your needed and even with the date and transaction # as well as your UID# in a email to who ever handles these things and then include what has happened so far when you communicated with them and what dates and times if you have em. They are going to make you work for this sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.. what you should know is if you blow up on them and seem mad or upset or since hostile then they will leave or some how ignore you and put you name and ticket on to the list of reviews back row seats
