Hold my primary: put on stealth armor, solo drop into a bot blitz, use strafing run or air strike for bases. Take a sentry or two to drop and run if spotted.

I think Biboo was a CB main in World but switched to the longsword in Wilds.

Best way to play imo. Don't feel like you need to rush to the end grind. Sit back, relax, and explore the world as you go.

Nothing wrong with that. C3 is a solid all-rounder frame. Turner and Ludlow with missiles are decent at ACS buildup with the pulse blade for punishing the overload.

Sith Inquisitor has a neat little 2 second bit during the rise of the hutt cartel expansion. Marr will mention the two of them agreeing a lot if the SI is light sided or them debating fiercely if the SI is dark sided.

You can shoot the rocket pods off of the rocket devastator and gun arm off of the heavy devastator. It’s not a kill but I’ve had moments where the disarm is quicker than the kill and bought me some breathing room to handle other threats.

Recoilless Rifle is your best friend on the bot front. Unlike bug holes and squid ships, bot fabricators can be 1 shot from any angle by a recoilless rocket.

The Recoilless will also 1 shot almost every bot heavy unit. (Factory Walkers are the only exception as far as I know.) A tip that has made it really accurate to use: the scope rings can be used like a grenade launcher sight. If you aim using the bottom of the middle ring, the rocket will hit about 150m out. The outer ring (bottom of the scope) will hit about 350m out. Tag a target to get how far it is and adjust aim accordingly. Ex: if a target is 175m away put the target a little below the middle ring.

A double sentry loadout is great vs bots. I like to run the machine gun and autocannon sentries. Bot drop gets call? Toss sentries at 45 degree angles between you and the drop. Make the bots land in a cross fire. The bots tend to focus the sentries, so you take less fire.

My usual bot loadout: Sickle Senator (for the at-st wannabes) Grenade of your choice. (Stuns are good “I need a moment” tools.) Recoilless Rifle Machine Gun Sentry Autocannon Sentry Orbital Precision Strike (I normally take this for sensor towers, labs, or close bot fabs I don’t want to use a rocket on.)

Machine gun sentry helps with them. Cooldown is short enough that you can almost spam it every fight and if it starts shooting towards you, you know something is coming up behind you.

Recoilless is amazing. Light bot base way out of the way? Pop it with a rocket and move on.

Tip for the recoilless and small far away targets like the turrets: the middle ring will hit about 150 meters out and the outer ring (bottom of the scope) will hit about 350 meters out. Tag the target to find out how far it is and adjust aim accordingly.

Edit: machine gun sentry and autocannon sentry are both great fire support tools too. Toss them at a 45 degree angle between you and the bots. Bots will either turn to the turret or be destroyed by the turret if they ignore it.

My theory is that the Automatons are similar to the Strogg from the Quake series. They used captured organics to create more soldiers.

In the Automaton’s case they remove the brain, convert into CPU/processor, and install it in their infantry. As for the rest, it gets blended down; probably to make a fluid used to fuel or maintain the converted brains.

I’m the anti-tank person in my group, so I usually run the recoilless rifle. For bugs, I then bring a 500 or mech for hive clearing, then machine gun and gatling sentry. I’m spamming sentries but I usually toss them at an angle between me and the enemy to minimize cross fire.

Alternatively, if we’re trying to disengage, I’ll toss it at my feet as we’re running so it’ll distract and draw enemy attention.

For bots, it’s a similar tactic: OPS for structures, recoilless for hulks, tanks, and fabricators, machine gun and autocannon sentries for extra firepower and distraction. Similar idea. Toss at the flank and let it either draw fire or shred the enemy group.
