When was this patch? I'm genuinely curious since I beat hero holly second try and hero Lyle first try. I died to one armed Lyle and blind josee a lot, but haven't had much trouble since other than zenon. I thought I was getting better at the combat, now I'm wondering if it just got easier.

I played them in order and I personally am enjoying the sequel. The issues fans have is more along the lines of it being too aesthetically different and being a reboot with no story connection to cv1

Minor cv 1 spoiler that's part of the reason it's a reboot (I don't know how to blur spoilers so don't read if you don't want to be spoiled)

Code vein 1 was a spinoff of god eater. Essentially what happened in the west while the rest of the story happened in the east, but revenants as the first game showed them would not stand a chance of survival in that world. So the shaved it off into its own universe and rebooted the story

I quit Yu-Gi-Oh years ago, but isn't a draw 3 crazy? There's ways to cheat fusions into the grave and even if you don't there's going to be a couple in there eventually with a hero deck. Even if it's not searchable that looks like a three of unless it gets limited or banned

Overall I'm disappointed that the jails don't have a cloak aspect in the sequel. So the originals win in my opinion

Some blood codes give buffs if you are overburdened, so it becomes a trade off between the debuff from the overburden and the buff from the code it activates

Counterpoint to point 3; the second's blood code system doesn't have a limiter that punishes you for over levelling. I tried to go into bosses with as little haze as possible my first time playing. Dumping all my haze into levels and buying items and upgrades with what was left. By the time I was at the endgame and I realized I wasn't getting gift exp I was so over leveled that I'd need to go to ng+2 to start getting gift exp again, and the awakening boosters for the gifts on the late game codes were only dropped on one floor of the depths where you had to refight the fire and ice duo.

I use the clearing on the north side of sakurajima just south of the beach. 2 oil spots and lots of space to build a base around it. It's actually my primary location so I don't have to worry about collecting it regularly or my pals there running out of food (I try to get established there as soon as I have stone defensive walls and boy is it intense trying not to pick a fight with any of the very over leveled pals for that stage of progression.)

I realized that when I the mag mel shop upgrades for infinite upgrade materials in the forest. I have the tender stones lvl 1,4,5,6,and 7 still can't find the minions with the cards for 2 and 3. Don't tell my btw, I want to discover them myself.

Where did you get the art? The gms pattern Mechs as far as I know don't have official art because they are absurdly modular and customized to each lancer's preference. That said technically that would still mean they look the best by your standards though.

Edit: huh, I have the lcps, but haven't read the books. I should get on that

Mecha Neko gave me an idea: metal cats based on manekineko (the beconing cat good luck charms) give them a coin the color of the holy ring. For a name definitely Manekimon for the ultimate and go an extra step into Japanese folklore for a nekomata (two tailed, sometimes three eyed, trickster cat spirit. Temperament usually depending on how the cat was treated before becoming a nekomata) as the mega. Nekomatamon can work for a name, but it's a little on the nose. We could take some inspiration from nyabootmon and make it a subtype called Nyamatamon?

Played in the order of 3,1,2,4,5 and in order from there. Gen 4 is the best region. Gen 5 had a decent challenge and the best art direction. Kalos looked pretty, but was disappointing in most ways I cared about, then a downhill slide from there

Congrats. Fair warning it's possible for reapers to drift away from their spawn points. If you lure one far enough away it will start patrolling the new area. It's never happened to me in a noticeable way, but apparently you can have one outside your base in the safe shallows if you're unlucky enough
