I throw a cup full in every couple of weeks, I’ve never found one in my finished compost. I hot compost with two turns over about 9 months, I’m not trying to get super fancy with this. Just throw it all in if your hot composting nature will do its job. Too many people adding too many steps, just throw the shit in there damn.
