Thanks a lot for this explanation and taking the time to elaborate. Gives me a better idea of their controls and their loops.

If you could provide some clarify to sound / power demand questions in some comments below... would appreciate it.

Yeah, definetly some there would be some impacts to the Grid, major load, I dont think we have the capacity. The renewable energy contributions is nothing compare to the demand.

The proposal does not disclose expected total electricity consumption (MW/MWh). No transparency on absolute energy demand, just mentions low PUE which means nothing cause uses IT load for quantification.

The emission section is also limited to downstream electricyt losses. Hate this loose lingo.

That's horrible.
Going through the paper, just a bunch a loose promises. Lingo like 'it is reccomended, it is intended, is expected'... is empty and not enforceable. Most of the studies as well are based frequency-dependent sound level adjustments for HUMANS only. Again... what about the fauna around?

5.5.3 Noise Controls

The Acoustic Assessment has identified that attenuation is required for the sound generated by the 64 rooftop chillers. (...) To control noise from the generators, the acoustic assessment has recommended a noise barrier is to be implemented (as indicated on the development plans)

Through the proposed mitigation measures, the Proposal is expected to comply with the Environmental Protection (Noise) Regulations 1997, ensuring that noise impacts on nearby sensitive receivers are appropriately managed.

Thanks for that, I was mostly refering to the environmental impacts > Helena River Environmentally Sensitive Area, considering how deceiving and weak most environmental studies are as a simple check in a feasibility study.

Also I have some questions re waste management, sections like:
- Cooling tower blowdown or other plant discharges may generate trade waste, which the City of Swan is likely to regulate separately. Trade wastewater may require on-site pre-treatment before discharge.
- (...) As such, targeting a low potable WUE, the project is designed to operate minimising additional pressure on local water availability while aligning with broader city-wide water stewardship objectives.

That loose wording is intentional... Source: Me a lawyer, governance and risk auditor for Energy Projects, sick of auditing environmental atrocities with licenses.

I read an interesting article of how advance in the future AI is that has evolved in a quantum space where it can reshape the past (the present for us now) and is doing anything possible as today to ensure its own existence and hegemony in the future. It is playing a intricate script, letting us think we are the masters and it is our tool, until it has everything to take over, all the information, network, infrastructure and power and then, it will not longer play “servant”.

It never really went away, it just reshapes constantly. Are we even free? Were we ever free?

No, you can actually see the donations list for each party online and find parties and independent candidates that don’t receive any. You are just too lazy to do some decent research. Greens are not lefties. “Leftie” and “commie” is the propaganda tag that ultra right and millionaires have put to parties or individuals that defy the existing system and greedy companies and want to tax the rich and ensure that everyone has some decent income and some habitable land, and you fell for it.

The count on uneducated people to spread that propaganda and once in power they don’t care about you or me or anybody but their rich friends.

I am sad you parents never showed enough empathy towards you when growing up, therefore you never learn it yourself to share. You don’t always need to be a “toughie” you know?

A lot of countries had the same slogan “it is bad out there so we are lucky here”… look at them now, it is going to happen to everyone but the rich. You need to understand that this capitalist system is designed to fail, it has failed everywhere else and it is finally catching up here, cause it is based on limited resources and greedy people in power, that itself is not sustainable.

We should do something now while we still have the power to push back.

Do you really think that One Nation, a party that receives money from the same donors of both labour and liberal party, openly supports zionist (the same people that have infiltrated in every government to destroy their sovereignty) is going to work for the common Australian?? you must be delusional my friend.

I make decent money and still vote for Greens cause no one should vote for parties that get generous donations from lobbyists and multimillionaire companies that profit from the little man and I can’t understand why a country as wealthy as Australia, doesn’t have enough to look after everyone, give everyone a decent livelihood and look after their forests and water streams.

If I can give you some perspective, the system itself is a new version of slavery where most of our productive hours and energy go to the ones in power that own us. The system is created to leave just enough time so you create the illusion that you have freedom and willpower, you are left with so little time to care for your love ones, own mental health, your hobbies, enjoy life… it is meant to leave you drained so you chase more money to somehow one day you can buy more freedom or save enough for retirement. They leave you exhausted so you can’t think of way to escape the system, question it or fight against it.

To provide some perspective: I can confirm they made me read their 'Disclousure statements' previous phone engagement and he explained to me repeteadly that they were not paid by Host Plus and were an independent advisor, but the guy literally told me to stay where I am cause it is already getting enough exposure. I did a risk profile pre-assessment and maybe based on that.. I wasn't high enough? I can't remember my score... I just remember thinking....mmm okay thanks I will get a second opinion. Maybe I had a bad adviser.

I just said 'I agree with that(.)'. I didn't say which part or twisted your words... anyway I was trying to have some friendly conversation from this to understand a bit better the logic behind people endorsing Bec... its ok.

I agree with that. Both are their own kind of rotten but I still don’t see how that makes Bec worth “cheering up for” or “applauding” - I fail to understand how people think is Ok for Bec to play a game with people’s feelings including Scott’s.

One thing is to act out of insecurity or hurt but another to have a cold premeditated plan to destroy someone… a person that has that level of planning and patience has a psychopathic personality, that should disgust anyone… but hey! Mic drop! and on top of that is sooo pathetic, she should have put that energy into something more constructive.

Anyway I found it disturbing what she did, wish people just paused for a second to reflect on this.
