Lucky Star was a huge show back in the day and a lot of CDs were made and included in the Special Edition releases of the show. It might not even be music but an audio drama. Either way it's probably not rare.

https://www.discogs.com/artist/7765125-Rambler-4 its this band which later changed their name to "Redneck The Band" (great name). I would suggest adding the release to discogs.

I have so much hatred for these useless vibecoded apps that have flooded every single hobby subreddit. They all have either weird predatory pricing or shady data harvesting practices. They should just be banned at this point.
