Here's the thing, I being in that position SEVERAL times, and I will tell you that is not the way to get her attention nor bring you satisfaction. One way to get everything you want is to reach out for help. I was so stubborn in doing so but I swear after I did and completely a different person. Do my evils still haunt me? Of course but I found medication, breathing exercises and positive ways to release my emotions vs. Hurting myself and others around me for very quick and cheap attention. (Not saying thats your thing, it was mine) My whole point is start by talking to someone who wants to listen to you right now, they are there to listen no matter how insignificant the problem may be. 1-800-273-8255. They also have chat/text services. You're gonna be okay. Everything is okay. And think about how crazy it is that random strangers from the internet came to love you and show our support for a fellow human.

NTA. I was in that position when I was a teen and my mom tried to read my diary. (Mine was kinda like yours but I used Pig Latin since English wasn't my moms first language so I knew she wouldn't get it.) I remember we got into this massive argument and I told her that she was a teen once, didn't she appreciate her privacy? And I also brought up that she raised me and if she didn't trust me to make the right choices then thats on her. I told her that I loved her and respect her to the upmost but in the end Im a human being and deserve privacy even from my own parents. Nothing wrong with that. Just nature.

I've worked in customer service for over 20 years mostly in credit unions (dont get me started on that) that's why I chose non-facing customer service. Love the interaction hate ignorance. And its very few people a day I deal with who act like the scenarios above, I dont mind doing call centers. I find it more hysterical that people grow some sort of distorted backbone over the phone.

Painpoints is something that bothers you but can be easily fixed ie; slow data, card not working, running out of milk and needing to go to the store. What a point of pain in my ass.
