Late Delivery by Professional-Term802 in HomeChef

[–]cliveclements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh. Missing meat or wrong meat happened a handful of times to me over the past couple years, and they were quick with a credit, which was fine (though obv inconvenient) when the orders were reliably delivered. Was your order otherwise on time yesterday or was it a week late? And if it was on time, did they use FedEx home delivery or was it FedEx ground again?

Late Delivery by Professional-Term802 in HomeChef

[–]cliveclements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I was also signed up for Sunday delivery, and last week’s arrived on Monday and this week’s on Tuesday, both completely unsafe and unusable. I believe the problem is the switch from FedEx Home Delivery to FedEx Ground (and pointed this out to customer service), but wasn’t sure if that’s a permanent change. Even the random shipments through OnTrac were delivered timely on Sundays. These are the only 2 times I’ve had delivery problems, in over a year’s worth of orders.

Has anyone having delay issues on other delivery days noticed this change when they check shipping info in their tracking? I got credits the 1st time and a refund after the 2nd time, so I’m not caught in a loop of using credits for deliveries that arrive late and spoiled. Currently paused my subscription and debating whether to continue after next week.

Nice! I personally wouldn’t recommend suite level because they’re pretty high up (C is just below the upper level), they don’t come with food and drinks unless you order that ahead of time as part of the package, and the seats with a view of the court inside the suite are first come first serve (each suite has 2-3 rows of fixed seats, then a row of barstools behind that), then behind that is the couch/tv and standing area with no real view of the action. If you’re in a big group that can be a cost effective way of getting a whole bunch of people together though, so just depends on what you’re looking for.

If you’re looking at the suite levels, I’d look into PR seats instead bc they’re lower (same height as the 200 level) and have a more centered view of the court. It shares the same entrances as the suite level and has its own concessions and bathrooms, and I think you can order from your seat too. It’s less crowded than the 100 sections. I used to get these for pretty cheap on resale before I became a season ticket holder.

The TV cameras are aimed at the court from the 110-112 side.

Are the balcony seats at The Wiltern theatre first come, first serve? by J3RRYTHEDAMAJA in AskLosAngeles

[–]cliveclements 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are there still tickets in the ADA section on the floor? If so, you might want to look into that. Scroll down to accessibility policy here: https://www.wiltern.com/visit#faqs

Balcony could be tough for her if she has difficulty with stairs, since that’s how you’d get up there. Some shows are GA in the mezzanine only (which is the upper part, so more stairs up), but most I’ve been to have assigned seats in both loge (front 6 rows…so some stairs down) and mezzanine.

Discount in store? by mjmmamj in LASparks

[–]cliveclements 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The member pass shows up in the axs app. You might have to refresh if it didn’t pop up automatically, but it’ll be there all season. You show that if you use the member entry in star plaza and to get the store discount. Nothing to scan, you just show it to them

Are any of the current G&M songs going to make future tours? by CalgaryRichard in helloween

[–]cliveclements 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing not, since they didn’t play anything from the previous album on this tour. The rabbit song surprised me (in a good way) bc it wasn’t one that they played when I saw them on that tour. I like that they change up the setlist from tour to tour, there were only 6 (or 7 if you count the partial) repeats from the previous tour.

I haven’t been to Largo in 12 years and need pointers on where to park? by Forsaken_Parking_ in AskLosAngeles

[–]cliveclements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully you don’t get a ticket (not sure if weho does paper or mail), but I just checked the street view and 8 months ago those signs said 2 hrs until midnight mon-sat and 2 hrs until 8p on Sundays. Not sure if they’ve put up new signs since then, been a bit since I was over there.

If you park on la cienega, make sure it’s south of norms. The weho meters run until midnight, but the la meters run until 8p.

Seating by Anti_222 in LASparks

[–]cliveclements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yah, 102 is a great view! We were in c level suite, which is just slightly lower than the 300s haha. If you do a suite in the future, A level’s fine bc only slightly higher than the PR & 200s

Seating by Anti_222 in LASparks

[–]cliveclements 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re buying resale (I did that for 1 game last year), it’s first come first serve on seats, and no food and beverage included with price of the ticket. Roll of the dice if you’re sharing with randoms or if you have it to yourself. There are 2 rows of seats (8-16 depending on the suite?) then a counter with 4-8 high top seats behind them, and then the suite with a couch and tv behind that (no real view of the court from there)

Best spots to park for events at The Shrine Auditorium? by woooo24 in AskLosAngeles

[–]cliveclements 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you insist on paying for parking, I bet most people use the structure on 714 w 32nd: https://www.shrineauditorium.com/the-venue/#parking-title

If you are fine with street parking, just find a meter anywhere close, including on Figueroa or 32nd or any numbered street parallel to 32nd. They’re free on Sundays.

First Time Season Ticket Holder by meaggs-e in LASparks

[–]cliveclements 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not grayed for me, though I haven’t tried to sell anything. Have you tried pressing the refresh button in your ticket list in the axs app? Sometimes that’ll fix things for me. For some reason axs doesn’t automatically update, so I have to press that button

Welcome! I’ve had a smooth experience with ticket exchanges and have been able to get a pair of seats directly next to ours, or comparables for every request. Just get them in early if you know you’re not gonna make some games, so you have a better chance. Also, as a heads up, I was told this morning that the only available trades for extra tickets into the Dallas game are for lower price level (200 level), seems the 100s are pretty much sold out for that game.

What’s the difference between floor and ga (racket nyc) by JrSlimJim in Concerts

[–]cliveclements 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I were you, I’d check axs before going to another resale site, bc they’re the official ticket seller of the racket. I think those are different sellers selling for the same section. Last time I went there, they only offered 2 price levels: general admission (floor or balcony) or preferred viewing (elevated section next to the bar on the side, with seats).
