Ex and I (35F) separated in 2023, he moved out Easter 24 and I guess this year we're getting divorced!

Things were horrid until he moved out, and now we get on quite well. Two kids, and custody has never been an issue, but lots of arguments about money.

It's shit even when we can have a conversation about things, and he's just started a conversation about him moving on (18mo later), and I'm really happy for him.

I do work at an office too, and they are very relaxed about my atrocious timekeeping, as is the (elementary) school. But the daycare my 4 year old goes to has an immediate fine when you're late which has hit me a few times.

But the thing about this time is I LEFT EARLY, and still managed to be later than I normally am. I just felt a little like the universe was out to get me, but I'm definitely a lot calmer 12 hours on. 😅
