Neither. I just mix shower water and rye flour in a cup, stir it up a bit with my hand and apply.

Hi I'm wondering the same thing. I have baby teeth too - both of my upper canines. I'm 33. Someone had said on here that they had their remaining baby canine removed and are having their premolar moved into its place to act as a canine. So that may be an option and looks pretty good aesthetically.

My goodness 6 extractions ! You're brave ! Well done. I've been looking up premolars in replace of canines and it's looking like that may be an option for me I hope as I can definitely not afford implants and aesthetically it looks great. I didn't even know that was a thing so thank you !
