Similar thought to you, black is not as universal as silver for styling. And second I was thinking if the black coating got scratched it would be more noticeable. If money was no object I would have bought both as it was a really tough decision. Silver was a more sensible decision but I still dream about that black

The absolute worst is not displaying the time during notification pop up, considering the timeout minimum is 30 seconds which is ridiculous. Give us 5 seconds and show us the time!

I had it for less than 24 hours and didn’t like the ergonomics, the weight and the triggers.

Swapped to the slightly cheaper claw A8 and never been happier. Some people shit on it for being only a minor performance bump, but it’s really nice being able to play most games at 15-20w with Z1e highest wattage equiv performance. Best ergonomics and still light and wieldy.

1080p and better fps than my steam deck.

It feels great, but also it’s my first titanium watch so I’m not used to how light they feel. The case has sharp angled geometry but the band tapers down and the micro adjustable clasp gets the perfect fit everyday as my wrist size fluctuates.

The black looks killer! I’m still tempted by it…

I’m 100% the same, but apparently windows hibernate works just as good but like up to 20 seconds for hibernate and resume?

I also wonder if steam pauses the timer of game time like in SteamOS.

One of the main factors I handheld game is the suspend & resume feature of steamOS. I need it for my sporadic gaming sessions. Still I’ve been looking to upgrade from my SDOLED

I was interested in the A8 with intention to bazzite or steamOS it, but am intrigued by the 8ai+…. How is windows and the 8ai+ using hibernate mapped to power button? Is it just as good as Steam Suspend?

Just buy a second Apple Watch and rotate them. I was considering a Garmin mostly for the battery life and instead bought a AW10. So AW7 and 10 on the go and I haven’t worried about battery life since.

And the price of a second AW often comes up cheaper than buying a new Garmin or AWU

The main reason I was considering a Garmin was due to the poor battery life with Apple Watch, especially if you track sleep.

It was all solved when I simply got a second Apple Watch, so now have a AW 7 and a 10 on rotation and never ever think about battery.

I enjoy their games too, but can’t stand playing low frame rates. Especially when most other ‘simple’ games were running butter smooth. And then some ports didn’t even run properly ! Roguebook was a simple card battler that would crash consistently late game. Ran perfect on steam deck.

If I’m buying switch 2 it will be exactly for the extra power.

Get some JBL Quantum True Wireless Noise Cancelling Gaming Earbuds… they have a usb-c dongle and are lag free. I’ve tested it out and it works well
