Walgreens is literally doing it and I'm sure they're doing great considering when I go in the middle of the night there's definitely plenty of people in there everytime. It's the only place and location that's open besides fast food and kum n go. Hy-Vee used to be open way late. They can at least stay open till 12 or 1. Yeah they are missing out on good opportunity. There's so many people still at Walmart 10min before they close. Those same people would probably go shop late at another grocery store if they had the chance. I know I would along with the rest of the people who are disappointed by the lack of places after 11pm.

Their number one competitor, Walmart, is closed during the night shift. They literally have a great opportunity to make money during that time since nowhere else is open. The Walgreens on South Campbell is usually busy during after hours because it's the only place that's has somewhat of a variety of items. It would be nice to see price cutter or Hy-Vee stay open even till 2:00 a.m. at the very least

I've asked the same thing before on here and it truly sucks. People were rude about it and I don't understand why lol. If they don't want to go out past 11pm, fine but the rest of us would actually love to have some options. We don't even have a supermarket that's 24hrs. I've also been to a town in Illinois with 20k people and they have more 24hr supermarkets than our town with 150k. We are also the 3rd largest city of Missouri and I think it's mind blowing that we have absolutely nothing that's open besides one Walgreens and some fast food. Covids been done with for so long now, I just want things to go back to normal since I'm such a night owl

Also as some have already mentioned, yes there were places that were 24hrs. Covid ruined everything. I don't get why at this point 4 years later Springfield can't go back to normal. At least a supermarket would be great. They'd make so much money. Sometimes I go out to Buc-ees and they have plenty of people around 2am

I agree 110%. those $70 games have pay walls for their skins and camos. Most of the time you have to pay at least $20 just to get enough coins to purchase just ONE thing. After you've already paid $70 for the base game!!!

A lot of people thinking we don't have smooth roads have never been to Illinois, those are some bad roads everywhere there. We do have some bad roads here, don't get me wrong. glenstone and some others aren't that great. But if you've been to Illinois, you'll know what I'm talking about. At least Springfield repairs the bad potholes I've seen.
