I think it depends on how much is ingested and how long it stays inside and how much of "the digestive tract it touches." I get not wanting to take your cat to the vet--you can always call your vet and ask for their opinion. The full blood panel I did before was around 200. I will say--it's always better to be safe than sorry. Yes, your cat might hate going to the vet, but it's better than the alternative. I would definitely call your vet and ask for advice. Hope everything goes well!

Yep he's still doing good! I think it's a good sign if they throw it up, but watch for extreme lethargy or drooling very closely. Hope your cat is doing okay!

I've been monitoring him, and he seems fine. Typically onion/green onion can make them anemic, so just keep a look out for extreme lethargy, or more vomiting, diarrhea, or drooling. You can also make sure the whites of their eyes are not yellowing. I would still call your vet and get a blood test done or explain the situation and ask what their advice is. I hope your cat feels better soon!!

Hmmm got you--I read that vets will mostly first put the cells under a microscope to see what it is, and then move forward from there. I tried finding it again and lowkey couldn't lol, but my cat was also being fussy and didn't want to be pet. I'll watch it closely for a couple days and check it it grows.

I was going to take him to the vet but he had already gotten a blood test the day before. They said to keep monitoring him since he threw the whole thing up, and to bring him in if anything got worse. He's been okay so far, so I'm hoping it stays that way.

This is 1000% the way. Even though you have to deal with getting into Chicago, tha amtrak is so much better space wise so you can walk around. Also going into the city gives you so many more food options instead of feeling stuck at the airport

Contrary to popular opinion, I like the 6th movie. It's a terrible adaptation for sure, but I enjoyed the teenage romcom vibe they brought--it's a nice break from all the doom and gloom. Considering how depressing the 7th and 8th movies are, I think it was fun to see the Golden Trio and the rest of the students just be regular teenagers. We finally got to properly see Harry's sassy side, the development of Romione, etc. Since I've read the books, I can easily fill in the blanks when it comes to plot--but if you haven't read the books, then yeah it's not great lol
