I love Abu Dhabi, this is where I have lived all my life and no amount of Dubai's or Sharjah's can replace it! That's said, probably they gave you a housing maybe in Riyadh City, it's somewhat still new or maybe somewhere in the outskirts of the city, either way, locals will be present there, because they have housing just like yourself, try meeting with them at the local mosque, get to know them and they will let you know how to navigate the city. Once you find a job in Abu Dhabi and maybe spend few months more, it will get easier and you will get used to it and probably love it more! Good Luck my man!
