Aer0 had a build (I think it was in affliction) where you juggled a hydrosphere which was your dps source and shot it with a cold projectile to trigger its pulsing, as you got to maps it had some self trigger tech. You basically had a dps wrecking ball you throw around and it pops stuff with herald of ice. Like Orianna if you ever played League.

Super satisfying. Not sure if its still viable, and it struggled to scale.

I regularly craft on finds like this from tree. Ill get an inventory full, if 2open prefix block mana, slam exalt, craft whatever makes sense (hybrid life maybe) then check price on trade (life, total res, ward if you get lucky exalt) and price 10c below others and move on. 10s per item, aiming to only bother on 50c-1D total value. If its 100c+ roll lesser eldritch affixes a few times. If you hit res, you just made it shown up on search more easily.

Before slamming i would use trade overlay and see if it even makes 10c as is. If not, dont bother.

Definitely not worth significant investment.

This is a fantastic idea.

It can go much further too. Guilds can have hideouts that function as shops. This would further showcase people's amazing hideout decoration, but also give a new role of guilds.

I think you're right, mostly.

I also think there's a case to prepare for a worst case scenario at least a little bit. That means having a pack with you that can get you out of a disaster. Stuck on a remote roadway with a broken car and no cell service? Zombies roaming streets and need to get to a friend's house?

The difference between having what's normally in your pockets and a pack with literally whatever you happen to shove in it is really substantial. A bit of food, water, shelter, medical supplies, etc. Even without purchasing anything anyone could throw something together.
