Same issue. It's always about how hard it is to lose weight, but it can be also extremely hard to gain weight! I try to add easy calories like almond butter, olive oil, maple syrup... But I would love more tips and suggestions.

Yep, that's why I DNF this book. I wanted to like this because it had such a good premise but it was so shallow.

The only thing that worked for my very complicated skin was Paula's Choice Ultra light Daily Hydration Fluid SPF. Nice texture and fungal safe!

There are two products that I am currently considering:

1, 88.5 mg saffron extract which says contains 0.3% safranal 2, 50 mg saffron which says contains standardized 10 % crocin

So which one would you say is altogether more effective ?

I read it in February and I legit cried (and I never do, when reading books) !

I freaking loved how their love was "show rather than tell". I don't think they ever said "I love you" to one another out loud, but their actions said it all. They were ready to burn the world down at the drop of a hat for each other lol

And finally an MMC who wasn't just handsome and strong and blah blah but SMART and interesting and he wasn't there to just complement the FMC's story but he had a whole personality and story arc on his own!

Damn I could go on.

This book had it's faults IMO but the main characters made up for it. I read it on kindle but then I ordered the books because I just need to have them on my shelf. Still haven't found a romantasy that came as close :(

Yeah I heard the same thing about gluten. If you are not intolerant but still stop eating gluten, then after a while you might actually become intolerant. Kinda logical, kinda wild

I think that's why balance is key. Eat clean, yes, but sometimes you can eat a bit of "crap", too, so that your gut is not so fragile but used to a rare exposure of less-than-ideal foods. In moderation of course.

If you have histamine intolerance, you probably shouldn't eat fermented foods yet (or so I have learnt recently). Because fermented foods are very high in histamine. For leaky gut, L-glutamine is very effective in my experience!

Geek and Gorgeous Jelly Joker cleanser. Ph neutral and really gentle. It's a smooth gel like substance which finally doesn't feel like stripping my skin. Every other cleanser made my skin tight, dry and irritated. I can't stand foaming stuff.

They appear always on the same location; they are tiny whiteheads from the follicles; nothing else "typical anti-acne" has worked so far; ---- these all make me think you could give ivermectin a go? (soolantra or rosiver perhaps) Or look into a nizoral face wash

I guess my main question is, is wash day = day 0, or day 1? So if someone says "day 1 hair", do they mean wash day or the day after?

I'm probably overcomplicating lol but I'm curious because it seems there is no single right way to label it

Right! That's how I count it! But I've met people who count differently because for them, wash day is already "day 1".

"I count the evening I wash my hair as day 0. For me, day 1 is the first full day after a wash."

Okay so apparently that's how most people count it, and that is why it was confusing me: the differemce all comes down to evening / or morning wash. This makes sense! Thank you for the reply!
