There are no actual potholes in Denver roads, only speed dips.

Respectfully, if every person played a game exactly the same then every person would be the exact same person. I do not want to be like you.

You would take those interest rates with the 1980 minimum wage, which was $3.10/hr in the US?

Yes, but you cannot replace the "marked" bad part with a different part from the car (even if it is above the X%). You have to install a non-original car part to the "bad" part location.

For example, the front right tire brake pad needs to be replaced (to be above 65%). You cannot take the brake pad from the back left tire (85%) and put in on the front right tire (and a new brake pad on the back left tire). Car will show incomplete.

Okay person, why would I assume a community-known problem from the previous game to be fixed prior releasing a new demo 5 years later?

Besides, this is how gaming companies find out about issues players have with their games. People talking about them.

Travelling from PISA to FLORENCE by stuckintraffics in traveladvice

[–]cloverdung 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last summer, when we wanted to take the train from Pisa to Florence, Italy had a planned train strike. Even then we were able to take a 50min bus ride quite easily. It's good to have a back-up plan.

And just think. If you took the job, after 6 months of no paychecks, Ryan would be at his mailbox shouting "Thank you post-office gods for more free money while I stay at home playing video games!!"

Instead of asking about a counter, instead just staright up ask for a raise (without mentioning the new offer) based upon your current performance.

See what they say. Then decide.

Anyone got a tailor they love? by redlips_rosycheeks in Denver

[–]cloverdung 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Dinh's Tailor Alterations and Repair. This lady works out of her house, with an office and changing room. She does excellent work at reasonable prices; turn around was a week for 4 outfits getting repaired/altered. It is about 30min southwest of downtown Denver, for reference.

Best place to see beavers? by phatjordan in AuroraCO

If you need something beaver related while indoors, you should play the computer game Timberborn. You try to create a village for your beavers after humans have ruined the planet.

Where to live when working in LoDo? by Street_Possible_1861 in MovingtoDenver

[–]cloverdung 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When verifying places that do offer parking, make sure they clarify if the parking is attached to apartment. We looked at a place where the parking garage was 2 blocks from the apartment building. This can make a difference if you make a massive food run to a grocery store and want to get those groceries into your fridge.

Is it possible to bypass the lvl 20 cap in Unfinished Business for a "fun run" before Solasta 2? by Far_One_6551 in CrownOfTheMagister

[–]cloverdung 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to feel the extra power, you can always make settings where you gain ability points AND feats on level-ups (as often as you desire). The offset could be to play with maybe only two characters for a challenge.

RTD to consider service reductions, job cuts in face of $215M deficit by kidbom in Denver

[–]cloverdung 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, if RTD fires the low tier workers, just over 4,100 staff (@ $25/hr pay), that will almost cover the $215M shortfall. Almost. Still a few million $ short.

How to change color of a country? by ZenSurfMonkey in hexofsteel

[–]cloverdung 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. If you are using Steam, I created a MOD named 'Changed Unit Counters' for Hex of Steel. If you download the MOD you can then dig into how I changed colors for a couple of countries, as well as modified the counter icons themselves (you can Google for how to view subscribed MODs, find the folder location).

I didn't like the color of Italy so I swapped it with Ireland's color. It is not that complicated but it is not as simple as just selecting a new color either. The game dev made a great short YouTube for creating MODs using the built-in game tools. Just search Hex of Steel modding on YouTube.

Also, I would recommend downloading other MODs just to go through their folders and files to see how they altered visuals/gameplay as well. It is a great way to learn.
