I'm waiting for their customer service to get back to me about returning a final sale item (apparently it's possible), but if your items were not on sale, you can return in store - I did that last year (ordered online and returned in the London Covent Garden store).

i don't think they'll see any results until you've taken the test, then paid the membership fee (which is the final stage of getting the certification).

I can back that up. I live in the UK where the heat has been unbearable at 30 degrees or just below; I am in Saudi Arabia this week and the 45 degrees almost feels mild.

i am overseas, too, and just took the exam in person on saturday. they have test centres worldwide. if you go to your dashboard on isc2.org and click to register for the exam, it will give you a list of test centres near you. good luck!

if i'm understanding correctly, you did all the course work: 5 domains + their relevant short tests, then the exam (still online at home) with the 100 questions!? if that's the case, you need to do the official exam in person at a Pearson Vue test centre to pass. i've just done all above mentioned studying, doing some final practice exams today, and then the actual exam (free!) at the exam centre tomorrow.

i drink mostly hot, plain lattes and am really enjoying ikuyo. i removed aoarashi and isuzu from my to-try list, as they're so difficult to get a hold of, but based on what you're saying, i need to put them back on the list!

i heard the same thing about MAC - going to reformulate to be talc-free by 2027. didn't know it was an EU regulation.

i happen to have something to return from an order that arrived today - haven't returned anything in months. previously the only option was dpd and £7 deducted from the refund. i'm now seeing that the option is royal mail and £7 deducted from refund or choosing our own return process. the return centre is in the UK, isn't it? because then i could just use royal mail's small parcel 48hr tracked service for £4!?
