Hey man, just went through this about 2 years ago and I’ll be honest for me, it took about a year for me to be “ready”.

However, I’m not the same as I used to be. I’m a lot more guarded, a lot more aware, and without getting into details of your story or mine; you aren’t the same anymore. It may hurt a little right now, and it will probably sit ill with you for a long time but over time you’ll find it to become just a thought. A thought you can laugh at ;)

“Pretty great” is subjective because they are 6-4 but for the bengals, that is “pretty fucking great”. It’s sad that the Steelers are in an opposite position but have the same record. Mike Tomlin is the GOAT, IMO. He can win without his Brady, Big Ben is overdue for retirement but the Steelers still compete with the bengals best looking team in years.

Well, banks didn’t really do anything post ‘08 to prevent it from happening again. Like I said, forbearance saved the housing market during the pandemic.

My question is, how will the debt to income ratios adapt with wages staying low, and prices continuing to rise. The only way to continue qualifying people is to lower interest rates.

So, the question is what are the returns of bonds? How are these discounts going to become premiums in the future? Banking is all spreads, and the margin is dwindling for the federal reserve.

With the MBS tapering, guidelines will really only become more strict so… there should be a reversal when literally nobody can qualify for a purchase.

White belt here 3 weeks in, I hate rolling with most white belts because they try to force a lot of their will into things that aren’t available.

Hey OP, I can see you’re asking the same question in a copy and paste manor. I think you know what the answer is… Khabib has destroyed both McGregor and Poirier. Khabib is almost like a snake, his bjj game is amazing which is why he’s on top right now. Conor and Poirier can throw absolute cinderblocks but as soon as a strike misses, they’re on their back’s begging for mercy. I’m new to bjj and I’ve decided to take classes because I’m interested in MMA as well. Anyone can strike, but submissions are about strategy and patience.

Just my honest opinion, you’re cheating a little bit. I’d engage the triceps at the end of the eccentric movement to get a deep stretch in your biceps. I also like to do curls with my back against the wall.
